How do I wash it?
Simply rinse it under the tap with cold water; if needed, you can use mild soap, like Marseille soap, and gently scrub with a sponge. You can let it air dry on the dish rack or, if you need it immediately, pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
How long does it last?
Pellina lasts a long time; just follow a few maintenance instructions, and you can use it for more than a year.

Where can I purchase it?
You can pick up your Pellina directly from our laboratory in San Secondo di Pinerolo (TO), find the nearest retailer to you, buy from our online shop or stay updated through our newsletter on which markets we attend, so we can meet in person!

Can I customize my order?
We love the idea of a Pellina made just for you, and if possible, we’ll accommodate! We’ve created a page specifically for customizations; you can find it here.
How is my purchase packaged?
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 4.90 euros within Italy (7.20 euros for Sicily, Sardinia), 9.90 euros within Europe (excluding Malta and Cyprus); preparation times are a maximum of 2-3 days and delivery takes 4 working days. Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.
What payment methods do you accept?
Can I return it?
We hope you are completely satisfied with your order; we put a lot of care into preparing your package, but to err is human! If you receive a product different from the one you ordered by mistake, we will arrange an exchange with another product or offer a refund based on the original payment method. You simply need to return the product with any accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. If it is simply a change of mind, the goods must be returned intact, unused, in the original closed and unopened packaging, complete in all its parts.
The products we sell are intended for use in contact with food, so for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept opened packages.
Every shipment has its environmental impact, so we will make sure everything is perfect!
