Maintenance and Care
Rinse
Remove residue from Pellina’s surface by rinsing it under cold water, if necessary, use a little mild soap, such as Marseille soap. Sometimes just wiping it with a damp cloth is enough to remove crumbs.
Dry
Once cleaned, you can let it air dry on the dish rack, or if you need it immediately, you can pat it dry with a kitchen towel.

Store it in a drawer or a bag, away from dust and heat sources
